The old debate... was he really?

Modern conjecture concerning the identity of Wm S by informed
and scholarly sources seem to be in disagreement.

The most believable theory (in this writer's humble opinion) is
that the Earl of Oxford was the actual author.

Supporting evidence includes the erudite nature of the folios,
the clues to identity contained within the works (particularly
the Sonnets) and the nature and behavior of the monarchy during
the time period (Elizabeth).

I seek opinions...
