Romeo and Juliet -- Act i Scene v

I am working on an essay about act i scene v of Romeo and Juliet and I need a few ideas. It is to be on a substantial, yet not obvious aspect of the scene.
I was considering concentrating on how the character's actions in this scene result in the tragic consequences of the rest of the play OR perhaps how the character's flaws are revealed.

For example, Lord Capulet's true nature (his terrible temper) is revealed, which prepares us for his later betrayal of Juliet's wishes in her choice of husbands.
Also, Romeo's courtly love towards Rosaline has become real and true love for Juliet.....and Tyblat's familial love is demonstrated, and his hate for Montagues prepares us for the fight scene.

I need to know if this makes sense, or if I am on the wrong track. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
