Sir Thomas More

While scanning an encyclopedia article about Shakespeare I saw a reference to a play in manuscript, "Sir Thomas More," which apparently was composed by a number of different playwrights, each writing a different portion. It is thought one section might have been written by Shakespeare, in which case this is his only surviving manuscript.
This fascinates me. Does anybody know more about it, or where I can find more information? What is the prevailing opinion about this manuscript?
