It's not Shakespeare; it's the opening of a poem by Elizabeth Barrett Browning. For future problems like this, go to the library and get BARTLETT'S QUOTATIONS, THE OXFORD BOOK OF QUOTATIONS or the like; they'll identify any quotation.
