Hard to reconcile

with the Luthern reading of "Hamlet" which I know quite well. That he disliked Puritans seems clear, and since they attacked the stage and finally shut it down, for good reason. His wife's family was Puritan and that would not make for domestic harmony. Shakespeare knew so much Hebrew that I wonder if he was not a part of the King Jame's Bible project? If he were than I should think that he had to belong, even loosely , to the religious establishment.
