Love

I'm pretty sure that it makes for better theatre if he loves her. The Elizas had some very definite ideas aobut the "right" kind of love and the "wrong" kind of love - passionate. I think the get thee to a nunnery scene is probably the most romantic/passionate scene he ever wrote.
