'Be all my sins remember'd' <- ?

A very vague question maybe.. - everytime i read this line
something runs up and down my spine... what does this line mean?
Was it by Shakespeare originally? Did he get it from somewhere
(partial?)? Is there a page somewhere which explains the whole
monologue by Hamlet 'to be or not to be'? Any respons welcome, and
if possible, drop me a line saying you posted an answer

Thanks in advance - Steve
